One of the most common complaints we get about the customers plumbing system is “Why does it take so long to get hot water to my shower?”
This is a huge problem with most homes, but particularly homes that are built on concrete slabs. For those of you that have a home built on a concrete slab there is an answer to solve your problem. If you have a tank water heater we can install a circulating pump on your tank water heater that will dramatically reduce the time it takes to get that hot water to you. The system uses your existing cold water piping to return water back to your water heater and keeps that hot water circulating constantly. The result is warm water immediately and hot water within seconds.
If you have a tankless water heater that does not have a recirculating pump built in, you may or may not need to replace the water heater with a unit that recirculates. This is something we can evaluate by visiting your home to evaluate your individual situation.
If you are interested in getting hot water faster to the point of use, give us a call or reach out with an email and we will schedule a Free In Home Estimate to determine the best option for you!
