Thanks to Barry & Betsy for the same day service to repair a leak in our hot water heater at our Carolina Shores vacation home. True Story: I called Roto Rooter first and was charged $260 for a 15 minute consult only to tell us we needed an $1800 replacement. They did not even offer a repair option! Long story short, Barry repaired our hot water heater for $359, just slightly more than Roto Rooter’s consult fee. Barry Williams Plumbing is now officially our go to plumber in NC!!!

Barry and his team are outstanding! From the first call with Betsy to the estimate and onsite work with Barry, we could not have been any more pleased! Barry is extremely professional, personable, and goes the extra step to make the customer gets what they need and to make it right. Barry installed a gas line for our newly built outdoor firepit and gas grill. It took us a while to find a qualified plumber that will install gas lines, and couldn't be more pleased that we found Barry Williams Plumbing. We will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs.
