When I visit your home to discuss water filtration, I do not do so just to sell a product or promote residual income from coming back to sell you replacement filters in the future.  I come to your home to address the need for the cleanest, freshest drinking and bathing water that you can achieve, for the most reasonable price I believe is available.

In the age of the internet, and now AI, it’s easy to believe if it’s on the internet it has to be true.  The fact is exactly the opposite.  The internet and many other platforms allow companies and competitors to spread false information free of charge to them, in order promote their own agenda.  To us it’s pretty sad that some competitors have to spread false claims and accusations to gain market share for their product, instead of offering a good product, at a reasonable price that homeowners really want and need.  I have been in the plumbing industry over 40 years.  In that time I have had a lot of companies ask me to promote their water filters.  Most of them do a job to filter water in some capacity.  Most of them do not do the job, or are more expensive than the average homeowner can afford, for the water problems we experience in our area.

Here’s the truth about water filters.  In our area in southeastern NC we have chemicals in our drinking and bathing water.  If you’re looking to get rid of the forever chemicals (Genex, PFOA, PFAS etc..) then reverse osmosis is your only option, period.  There is literally nothing else to say about that.  The problem RO is that it’s not affordable for the entire house (the water you bathe, shower and brush your teeth with.)  If you’re looking to reduce those chemicals AND completely rid your water of the sanitation chemicals (chlorine, clorimine, bromine ect..) the county puts in the water in order to safely deliver it to your home, then Highly Activated Carbon (HAC) is the way to go.  I carry the Halo Water line of filtration system because it works, its affordable to the average homeowner, and it’s not full of gimmicks like residual maintenance fees and filter changes.  I’ve had a Halo H5-100 in my own home for over 10 years.  I can tell you first hand it works well.  I installed the same system in my sons home.  If it didn’t work or was for entertainment purposes only, my 1 year old granddaughter wouldn’t be bathing in it.  In the service business you learn quickly that pleasing 100% of the people you interact with is not possible.  We do however strive to do honest, reliable business, with the best communication we can deliver to our customers.  I highly recommend when doing your research that you do so carefully and consider all the facts involved.  If after having done so, you decide you would rather spend as much as twice the amount for the same product with additional cost in the future, then install the other system.  If you want fresh, clean drinking water for your home at an affordable price I highly recommend Halo.  I prefer to do business with you, but even if you get somebody else to install, Halo is still my preference for water filters.
